dHi, I’m Danie,

a Certified Culinary Nutritionist

I was born and raised in Wisconsin where I still reside with my husband, Gabe, and two kids, Clayton and Brynlee. We love living in this state because it has all types of weather that allow us to enjoy a variety of activities.

Growing up, I did not care too much about my health.
I ate what I wanted and was active in a variety of sports. I also wasn’t raised in a natural, holistic household.

Looking for a natural long-term solution
It wasn’t until I had my son that I started to look at health in an entirely different light. He started struggling with health issues shortly after he was born. I couldn’t bring myself to give him prescription meds, which seemed to simply be a temporary fix, not a long-term solution. So; I began to dive deeper into the world of natural medicine. 

Learning to fuel my body for how it’s meant to function.

When my own health took a turn after having my daughter and my natural solutions weren’t fully resolving the issue, I turned to what I was putting in and on my body.

As I began the Culinary Nutrition program I truly learned how to fuel my body properly to bring it back to how it is meant to function.

Now it is my passion and drive to pay forward the knowledge I have gained to you, empowering you to own your health and happiness by falling in love with real, whole food eating and self-care.
